CST LEGAL PAPERS—NOT BY THE LIBRARIAN

Some ambitious soul collected up every legal paper they could find about the corporation known as "Church of Spiritual Technology" (CST). These first appeared in their rawest form on 12 November 1998, when they were posted anonymously to alt.religion.scientology. They later appeared in a much refined form on 13 April 2000. In the later version, someone had written explanatory introductions to each one, organized them chronologically, and posted them all to the newsgroup alt.religion.scientology and, later, to other newsgroups like alt.clearing.technology, misc.legal and misc.taxes. This is the version on this web site.

Some of these legal papers are source documents that The Librarian's refers to and quotes from in some of her posts, and others even cover information that she wasn't able to answer. A prime example of the latter is the corporate Bylaws of CST, which lays out the entire director/officer structure of CST, and which wasn't available when some people were asking The Librarian about that very thing.

So we thought it was important to present the full series on this site for easy reference. Use the links in the explanatory Table of Contents below to jump to the document of your choice.
